DEATH OF MB, HELENTJS SCOTT, J.P.-At a late hour last night, we received information of the decease of Mr. Helenus Scott, J.P., of this city, The deceased gentleman had reached the ripe old age of seventy-seven years, and expired at his residence half-past 6 o'clock yesterday evening. Prior to his retirement, about eighteen months past, Mr. Scott had occupied the position of Police Magistrate at Newcastle, when he obtained leave of absence
