Died 6 Sept. 1930 Randwick, NSW. RC. Arr. NSW c. 1837. Became hotel keeper c. 1869; from c. 1872 was licensee Hyde Park Hotel, cnr Bathurst and Elizabeth Streets, Sydney, also set up as wine and spirits merchant c. 1883. Was pres. Licensed Victuallers Assn 1877, 1886, and probably in many other years. Described as secretary at death. MLA for S. Syd. 2 Dec. 1882-26 Jan. 1887.
