Letter 45/59. Prisoner for life assigned to the A.A. Company. Brought before Magistrate Richard Furlong charged with being out after hours and disorderly conduct for which offences he received a punishment of 50 lashes and returned to govt. service. The reason for this was influenced by his police history and his unfitness from his depraved character to remain any longer in assigned service.
