Captain Lamb of the Forth, immigrant ship, which arrived on Saturday last, has laid an information against Lawrence Dwyer, one of the immigrants by that vessel, charging him with the wilful murder of another immigrant named Jantry Ryan. In June the prisoner and the deceased were fighting when the latter received a blow on the head; the effects of which in the course of half an hour caused his death
