The immigrants by the Parland, which arrived on 10th July were selected by Mr. Kirchner, under the Foreign Immigration Bounty Regulations. All engaged to serve particular individuals, principally as vine dressers; but from various circumstances several who engaged them are unable to receive them. Nearly all from Rhenish provinces
