Details:
Michael Kennedy, age 30. Married with 4 children. Native place Tipperary. Occupation ploughman, reaps, shepherd. Tried at Tipperary 16 August 1829. Sentenced to 14 years transportation for uttering forged notes. Assigned to Andrew Bennett at Paterson River on arrival . Died in the hospital at Maitland March 1834
