James Goff, overseer of the carpenters shop and Patrick Riley were all witnesses.......Verdict….There being no positive proof although a strong suspicion against James Tracey he was acquitted. Edward Gaynor was found guilty of dishonesty in reference to Goffs testimony and of drunkenness when on duty and was dismissed from his situation
