Ship News. - Arrived on Monday last from England the transport-ship Phoenix, Capt. Weatherhead, with 182 male convicts, two having died on the voyage. - Surgeon Superintendant, Dr.Evan Evans, R. N. - The guard comprises a detachment of the 3d Regiment (Old Buffs), under the orders of Brevet Lieut.-Colonel Cameron, and Ensign Pigot, of the same regiment. This vesse lleft Portsmouth the 5th January (the day previously to the departure of the Mary Ann and Denmark Hill), and on her passage put in at Rio de Janiero, where she stayed 6 days
