Mr. Ogilvie by letter states - the prisoner was employed on some garden ground, myself and son were also at work on it. A slight shower of rain came on upon which the prisoner left off work and went into his hut and when called on to proceed in his work, refused, excusing himself by saying the rain would injure his health. The rain was so slight that neither myself or son considered it necessary to quit our employment.
