Details: Mr. David Dickson, who had resided in Maitland about 25 years, died May 29th. He was for a long period partner in the firm of D. and J. Dickson and gave up that position to become sole proprietor of the famed Bolwarra Estate. He managed it with great success. Whilst abstaining from Mixing in public matters, he earned in both business and private life, deserved praise for the strict integrity of his character; and the religious denomination to which he belonged was largely indebted to his generosity
