Details: Garrett Hogan, holding a ticket of leave and employed as a yearly servant by Mr. Dangar. William Dangar states that Garrett Hogan, his hired servant has been absent from his employ for the last eight days and refused to return to his employ. Mr. Dangar refers the Bench to depositions taken on former occasions relative to his agreement with Garrett Hogan. On reference to former depositions in the case of Mr. Dangar V. Hogan, on 29 December last and Hogan still obstinately persisting in refusing to adhere to his agreement, the Bench consider he is no longer worthy of the indulgence of a ticket of leave and recommend that it should be taken from him and in the meantime, direct that he shall be forwarded to government and that all wages due him shall be mulct to his master
