George Barnett and Jonathan Barnett admitted to Newcastle gaol from Murrurundi. Sent for trial for killing and stealing sheep the property of Thomas Haydon Esq., of Bloomfield Pages, River.
Charged with killing 300 sheep. Remanded until next session.

Found not guilty of sheep stealing
To be tried for larceny at Maitland Quarter Sessions 6.7.1846
Found guilty of steailng corn from Mr. Cox's paddock. Sentenced to 12mths hard labour in Parramatta Gaol
