Details: Coroner s Inquest.-The city coroner held an inquest at the Brighton Hotel. Manly Beach, yesterday, on the body of the Rev, Malcolm Gilmore Colquhoun, aged sixty-one years It appeared that the deceased was an ordained minister of the Church of Scotland, and had taken the degree of M A. He came out to the colony in 1837. He lived at Paddington till January last, when he went to reside at Manly Reach for the benefit of his health, as he had suffered from general debility. On Wednesday last, he complained of a cold, and could not attend the small school which he had started at Manly. Difficulty in breathing, and pains in his chest, succeeded, for which he took salts and senna, and subsequently, at different times, eighteen of Holloway pills. On Saturday and Sunday he appeared better, but early on Monday morning he was seized with pains, which speedily terminated in his death. Verdict Died from disease accelerated by want of proper medical advice
