She left the Downs Nov. 6; spoke the Fingal, bound to Launceston, within three days sail of V. D. L. She has had a long passage owing to contrary winds. The emigrants are all remarkably healthy, and speak highly of the treatment they have received on board. She has about 650 tons for the Railway Company
