The Hooghley arrived from London 24th February under Captain Reeves with 99 male prisoners. A detachment of the NSW Veteran Corp commanded by Capt. Welman formed the Guard. 12 women and 22 children belonging to the troops also arrived on the Hooghley. Departed the Downs 5th November
